Brian - The other day he came up to Mom and asked if she had a baby in her belly. After explaining simply that God hasn’t blessed us with another baby yet he asked why not. We told him that God knows we need to take care of Kaylee right now and if we are lucky when she is older we will get another baby. He then, about every 20 minutes or so, asked ”Is she bigger yet”. After awhile we told him it will be some time before Kaylee as big enough so we need to wait. We asked him if he would like a baby brother or if he is happy with only sisters. He calmly replied that he would like a baby brother and then another baby sister. So if he has his way our family is going to getting very large (He loves the babies, it’s the older ones who take his toys, that he’s having a hard time with). His imaginative play is reaching new levels with a new occupation each day. When he is in his new job he says “just call me… Doctor, Mailman, Dinosaur, Teacher, Monkey, Batman, Truck Driver, Train, Guard, Superhero, Dancer, Partner (as in Howdy!)… His current favorite show “Good Eats” with Alton Brown on The Food Network.

Lena - She has spoken her first real sentence- “No! It Mine” and her second was ”Oh No, it Wet!”. New words are “Read, Baby, Backpack, and Home”. She has become very motherly and loves to feed and carry her baby dolls. She has fully entered the “terrible two’s”, the other day after receiving a warning to get down (she climbs on everything, the little monkey) Mom began to count to 3. Mom said “One” Lena said with a smile “Two”… and waited for the game to continue.

Kaylee - can roll from her back to her tummy, and can scootch across the floor.
“Hmmm, Should I eat, or maybe fill my diaper?” Tough decisions…
